This water filter can be widely used for filtration of Spraying Water and Chilled Water in Air Conditioning Systems of such industries as Cotton, Ramie and Flax, Wool, Chemical fiber and Knitting, having strong cleaning and filtering effect to water contaminated with fiber, dust and granular suspending substances.
Main features:

This product is not suitable for filtration of depositing granular sundries
- Working Principles and Structure
JYS-Ⅱ Series Inner-Flushing Water Filter is composed of these components : Framework, Filter Screen Cylinder (Rotary Drum), Flushing Water Mechanism, Dirt Collector, Rotary Brush Roller, Drive Mechanism and Safety Cover.
Working principles, to see in Fig 1: Driven by a decelerator, the Filter Screen Cylinder rotates continuously while the contaminated water flows into it and is filtered to become clean water, and sundries which then stick to the outside surface of the cylinder are brought to the upper side by rotation of the cylinder, there it finally goes into Dirt Collector by dual effect of Rotary Brush Roller and Water Flushing Pipe. The Dirt within the Collector is to be removed manually periodically.

- Installation Directions
4.1 This product is suitable for installation in a single small water pool. For detailed installation sizes please refer to Table 2, Figures 3 and 4.
4.2 To ensure efficiency, the water filter should be so installed that the designed fluid level H2 is 50mm higher than the central line of the water filter.
4.3 A cushion is set under the Framework of the water filter for adjusting the installation height to adapt to the fluid level of the contaminated water. The cushion should be level on the whole and it can be a cement block. The height of cushion h=H2 -H1/2 -50(mm).
4.4 When installing, lay the Framework onto the cushion and fastening as screw bolts are not necessary, but the water filter should be kept level. Build separation wall at water outlet side, open width of which is B2=B1-100(mm). Seal the clearance between the wall and the Framework with tensive material to prevent the contaminated water from leaking.
4.5 The straight line of the central point of the Flushing Water Pipe to the center of the Cylinder should keep a 360-degree water level (about 20mm above the Dirt Collector), otherwise, make proper adjustments. Flushing water should be clean to avoid clogging the pipe. Both ends of the said pipe should be easily connected to the Tap Water Pipe or Water Outlet Pipe of the pump and be installed with valves and pressure gauges.
4.6 When it is necessary to work with a step over the body or rotary drum, put a board on them to avoid distortion of the Rotary Drum and Safety Cover which may affect its performance.
