The indirect evaporate purification cooling unit is a multi-functional unit integrating cooling, heating, humidification, and air purification/filtration, which is specially developed for the ventilation system of textile mills. Instead of electrically powered coolers, we use water as the cooling media to cool the returned air directly from the workshops, which effectively filters air and lowers its temperature while costing fewer electricity bills. During heated seasons, this cooling unit provides pre-cooled air into the workshops which reduces the overall workload in cooling that leads to deduction electrical usage. In transitioning seasons, the returned air can be evaporated and cooled directly and indirectly when the pre-cooling unit works together with the sprinkling system. That way, the amount of required ventilating power declined when the heat of returned air was greatly eliminated, resulting in lower electrical costs from lower power consumption in ventilation system.
