- Installation of vertical fan: first install the main engine shell on its seat bracket to ensure the verticality of the spindle. Install the air collector correctly and securely.
- When installing the horizontal wall ventilator, put the fan shell into the reserved hole accurately, level the motor seat plate with a level, and then weld the bracket and the embedded steel bar firmly. Then the motor and impeller are mounted and tightened. The outer part of the casing is closed with wooden planks and then poured with concrete. After the main engine is installed, install the air collector on the side of the main machine.
- The floor-mounted installation should have a flat foundation, pre-embedded anchor bolts, and be fastened with nuts after the frame is stable. For vibration isolation requirements, shock absorbers can be installed under the base of the fan.
- After all the fans are installed, move the impeller by hand to check whether the gap between the blades and the hair dryer is uniform.
- After confirming that the fan is installed in good condition and the impeller rotates in the correct direction, carry out 30 minutes of trial operation. Stop the machine to check the fasteners, if the operation is good, and then run continuously for 4 hours under the normal flow and pressure, if there is no abnormal phenomenon, it can be put into formal use.
- If one of the following situations is found during use, it should be stopped in an emergency and troubleshooting before continuing to use.
- The current rises suddenly, exceeding the specified value
- The bearing temperature rises sharply or is too high.
- There is abnormal noise or noise in the fan or motor,
